"Quick Service and Worth the Price"
The line moved a lot faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing, so everything felt smooth. I’m usually careful about spending money, but this felt fair for the service I got

"Cool Finds, Just a Bit Pricey"
They had some really cool stuff, like I kept looking around and thinking oh wow that’s nice, and then I’d check the price and kind of have to pause for a second. I liked the selection and the vibe, but yeah, the prices felt a little too high for me.

"Way smoother than I expected"
I went to FanX Salt Lake, I think it was Saturday? the whole weekend kind of blurred together — and the crowd control was way better than I expected. At first the lines looked insanely long, or maybe I just got there at a weird time, but they actually kept moving steadily. Staff were good about pointing people where to go, which helped a lot because I definitely lost track of where I was supposed to be more than once. Even in the busier areas, it didn’t feel too packed or stressful. For such a big event, it felt surprisingly organized. Had a great time overall, 5 stars from me.

"Parking Was Way Easier Than I Expected"
Went to FanX and, i was fully bracing myself for a parking nightmare. Like, here we go, I’m going to be circling forever and questioning all my life choices. But nope, found a spot close by without much hassle. Getting out afterward wasn’t bad either, which was a nice surprise. It made the whole day feel way less stressful than I expected.

"The line was slow and kind…"
The line was slow and kind of annoying, but then the autograph turned out great, so I was suddenly happy about the whole thing. Not the smoothest experience ever, but hey, I love how it came out.

"I still had a fun time…"
I still had a fun time overall, but I was a little disappointed with how unhelpful the staff was. Whenever I had questions about where to go or which line I should be in, a few people just pointed vaguely or acted like I was bothering them. It didn’t ruin the whole experience, but for such a big event, I really expected better directions and friendlier help.

"Fun cosplay scene, a little chaotic"
I mostly went for the cosplay stuff, and that part was really cool. There were so many great outfits, and everyone I talked to was friendly. It’s kind of hard to describe, but the vibe was fun even though the organization felt a bit off. Some of the lines were messy, and the info on the website wasn’t always super clear. I still had a good time overall, I just wish it had been a little easier to figure out where to go and what was happening

"Mostly Accurate, But One Time Was Off"
The times were mostly right, but one event showed the wrong start time, which was frustrating. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to double-check and figure out the correct time was just annoying. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that could be improved

I went to FanX Salt Lake and felt good about the food setup. For a big event like this, it matters that people aren’t left with one overpriced, boring option, and I appreciated that there was a decent variety. Snacks, quick meals, and drinks were all easy to find, which made the day a lot less stressful. The prices were about what I expected for an event, definitely not cheap, but not outrageous either. The lines moved okay when I went, and I was able to grab something between panels without missing much. Overall, it felt like they did right by attendees, and I’d give it 5 stars.

"The Guest List Totally Won Me Over!!!"
The guest list is what got me excited!!! There were so many names on there that I actually care about, and it really made buying the ticket feel worth it!!!

"Friendly volunteers who really helped"
The volunteers were really professional and kept everything moving smoothly. There was one line that got a little confusing for a bit, but they stayed calm, polite, and helped us figure it out quickly. it made a stressful moment feel a lot easier, and I really appreciated that

"Good panels, but I’m still cautious"
The panels seem to be good quality and I haven’t had any issues with them so far. I’m always a bit skeptical about dealing with customer service if something does go wrong, so I’m hoping I won’t need to contact them. But as of now, the product itself has been solid

Getting in was actually quick, and check-in went smoothly. I was a little confused at first about where I was supposed to go, but the staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing and got everything moving fast. I didn’t have to wait around long, so overall it was a good start to the day.

I went to FanX Salt Lake with my sister, getting around the venue was way easier than I thought it would be. The entrances were clearly marked, and the elevators made it simple for us to move between different areas without wandering around confused. Even when it got crowded, most spots still had enough room to breathe. A couple of staff members pointed us in the right direction when we weren’t sure where to go, which helped a lot. Overall, it was a smooth experience

I got my tickets through fanxsaltlake.com and it was really simple. Checkout only took a minute, and the confirmation email came through right away. Everything worked perfectly at the gate too, no hassle at all. I actually mentioned it to a friend afterward because I’d definitely use it again...

"Clear Updates the Whole Way"
I’m particular about communication, especially with events, and FanX Salt Lake did a solid job keeping me in the loop. The emails were clear and came often enough that I wasn’t left digging around or wondering what was happening. It made the whole experience feel a lot easier and less stressful. Overall, I was really happy with how they handled it.
